Natural Family Planning
“Love one another as I have loved you.” Marriage, the marital embrace, and fertility are sacred gifts from God. Married couples are called to love each other as Christ loves. True love which leads to freedom is always open to life! Where there is love, there is life!
- NFP is 100% natural, 98% effective, and
has no side effects!
- NFP allows an openness to new life with
each act of love.
- Couples learn biological signs of
fertility to achieve or postpone a pregnancy.
- NFP is a holistic approach to one’s sexual health.
- Natural family planning is a wonderful way to plan your family. Fertility is a gift and not a disease that needs treatment through medication.
The Marquette System of NFP is taught by parish nurse Renee Johnson, RN, BSN or Natalie Aughinbaugh, RN, BSN. It was developed at Marquette University School of Nursing - Institute for NFP. Fertility education services are available for married or engaged couples wishing to know how to live with and appreciate their combined fertility.
The current group session offered at Sts Anne & Joachim Church meets on Mondays from 7-8:30 p.m. on the following dates:
- May 17
- June 14
- July 12
To sign up for group or individual lessons or with questions, please email Natalie Aughinbaugh.
