CATHOLIC DAUGHTERS & ENDOW
CATHOLIC DAUGHTERS OF
THE AMERICAS
COURT STS. ANNE & JOACHIM #2638
With the growth of the parish, it became apparent that the Christian
Women’s group at Sts. Anne & Joachim needed to belong to a national
organization in order to establish a clear identity.
As one of the largest national organizations of Catholic women in
the world dedicated to strengthening their spiritual lives through
Christ and His Church, it was deemed that the Catholic Daughters of the
Americas was the perfect fit, and so a local court was formed.
Court Sts. Anne & Joachim #2638 was instituted as a local court of the
Catholic Daughters of the Americas on Friday, September 24, 2010 by Fr.
Paul Duchschere and the state officers during a Mass held in the
Magnificant Chapel. Officers were also installed during the
institution mass. Our court
chaplain is Fr. Duaine Cote.
Mission Statement: Catholic Daughters of the Americas strives to
embrace the principle of faith working through love in the promotion of
justice, equality and the advancement of human rights and human dignity
for all.
All Catholic lay and religious women, 18 years or older, who love and support the Church and wish to participate in social and charitable activities, are welcome. Regular meetings will be held the second Monday of every month in the Christ the King room (upstairs) at 6:30 p.m.

Educating
on the Nature & Dignity of Women (ENDOW) is an education program that brings women together to discover their
God-given dignity and to understand their role in humanizing and
transforming society. As a basis for discovery, ENDOW promotes the New
Feminism, which is defined by Pope John Paul II. The New Feminism
recognizes and affirms the “true genius of women” and responds to our
culture’s desperate need for an authentic feminine presence in every
aspect of life and society.
ENDOW Study Groups
ENDOW educates and inspires women through small study groups. By providing knowledge and fellowship in an intimate group setting, ENDOW also fosters a sense of belonging and gives women an opportunity to more deeply understand and personalize their faith. In turn, ENDOW Study Guides help women appreciate the beautiful gift of their womanhood.
