PARISH DIRECTORY - ONLINE SCHEDULING
We
are pleased to provide online convenience to schedule your portrait
session for our upcoming Parish Directory.
It's fast, easy, and convenient!
1. Click on the image to the left to follow the link.
2. Select the NUMBER of people to be photographed.
3. Click on the DAY that is your first choice to schedule.
4. Click on the TIME that meets your schedule.
Please note: Families with
7 or more people in their group need to sign up for two time blocks.
These double time slots have been set up already - wherever you see two
white blocks in a row. Simply click on the first white block of
the double time slot and select the number of people in your family.
It will automatically sign you up for both time slots.
5. Enter your name, phone number, and email address. (Your information won't be shared with anyone outside of the directory committee.)
6. Create a user password.
7. Review information and then click FINALIZE to complete.
An email confirmation will be sent to you immediately. An email reminder will be sent to you three days prior to your session. Contact Nicole Welle Nere, Directory Coordinator at 235-5757 if you have additional questions.
